Long Bio

Andreia Kaehl is a Portuguese founder, strategist, operator, writer, speaker, and institution-builder based in New York.

Her work sits at the intersection of personal power, business building, leadership, media, community, and legacy. She is developing a public body of work around one central belief—You Don't Find Your Power. You Build It.—and the wider framework of Power, Performance, and Permanence.

Born in Lisbon, Andreia moved to London in 2012, where she spent more than a decade building businesses, working across marketing, media, design, and commerce, and learning the practical and human realities of entrepreneurship. She later moved to New York and entered a new chapter of education, leadership, operating responsibility, writing, and institution-building.

Andreia is the founder of Kaehl & Co., a strategy and operations firm; the creator and host of the Built, Not Found podcast; and the writer behind Legacy Letters. She is also developing Ascere, The Founder's Table, Marketing Media Design, and selected movements and special projects.

Through her writing, speaking, podcasting, ventures, and public journey, Andreia explores how ambitious people build the capability, authority, relationships, systems, and evidence required to carry larger visions—without losing their humanity along the way.

Her long-term mission is to create companies, ideas, communities, and institutions capable of expanding opportunity and producing impact across generations.
