Ascere is a mission-driven nonprofit initiative being developed to expand leadership, opportunity, practical capability, and access for people with the ambition to build more consequential lives.
Too many people are told to believe in themselves without being given access to the relationships, education, resources, systems, and opportunities that make meaningful action possible.
Ascere is being designed around a more complete idea:
Potential matters.
But potential needs conditions in which it can become power, performance, and contribution.
Ascere should not measure impact only by the number of people inspired.
It should measure the capabilities developed, opportunities created, barriers reduced, leaders formed, and value that continues beyond the original program.
